How do you make someone able to see a specific channel in Teams, but not the entire Team itself?

Teams has a built-in way to do this, for people inside and outside of your organization.
First, select "Add channel" here:

Here's the location for privacy, click the drop-down menu to find "Shared"

4. This allows you to create links and members for that specific channel, but not give them access to the Teams General chat.
