Disabled Account
If you have students receiving the message below, their account has been disabled. The account must be re-enabled by IT for it to work. The student can contact helpdesk@gfcmsu.edu, 406-771-4440, or they can come up to R263.
Locked Out Account
If you have students receiving this message below, their account has been locked out due to too many unsuccessful logins on GFCMSU computers or the Student Wireless. The account can be unlocked by visiting https://password.gfcmsu.edu and following the instructions. After resetting the password, wait a minute or two before attempting to log in again. The account can also be unlocked by IT, the student needs to contact IT via helpdesk@gfcmsu.edu, 406-771-4440, or they can come up to R263.
