From within your course, go to Modules. Select the module you want it in or create a new module. Click the plus in that module to add a page. Select page in the dropdown menu and click [Create New]. Click Add Item. Click on the title of the new page you've created. Click Edit. Click the Panopto icon on the rich content editor toolbar. The videos you have access to will appear, select the video you want to add. Click Insert. Click Save and Publish.
