Faculty - Create a File and Insert Stuff

By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to...

  • Create new topics directly within your course.
  • Insert images, videos, and other objectives into your topic.

1. Click "Content".

You will want to be within the course you want to edit.

1. Click "Content".

2. Click "Upload/Create".

You will want to select the module you want to place the file in.  

2. Click "Upload/Create".

3. Click "Create a File".

3. Click "Create a File".

4. Enter a title for your file, and select a document template, or enter the content yourself.

4. Enter a title for your file, and select a document template, or enter the content yourself.

5. (Optional) Click "Insert Stuff".

You can use the "Insert Stuff" function to insert files, captures, YouTube videos, etc.  This function is great for embedding items directly into the file.

5. (Optional) Click "Insert Stuff".

6. Click "Publish" or "Save as Draft".
