In some cases you may want to not have quizzes publish grades to the gradebook automatically, or perhaps you forgot to enable automatic export of quiz grades to the gradebook and need to manually publish the grades so the students can see them. The instructions below will explain how to accomplish this. 

1. Go to Toolbox > Quizzes. 
2. Click on the more actions arrow to the right of the quiz name. 
3. Click on Grade, from the "More Actions" menu. 
4. Make sure all student submissions you wish to publish feedback and grades for are showing on this page. If they are not, change the setting at the bottom of the page to something like "100 per page" and wait for the page to reload so that they are all showing. Click on the "select all" checkbox, located just to the left of the column header that reads "First Name, Last Name", and click on the link above the list that says "Publish Feedback". 
5. If prompted to save changes, click save.
