- Create a survey using the surveys tool.
1. Select "Surveys" from the Toolbox dropdown menu.
2. Click "New Survey".
3. Complete the required fields marked with an *, and any optional fields you choose.
4. Return to "Content" and add the survey to content using "Existing Activities".
