To view form submissions in Jotform:

1. Go to https://jotform.com and log in with the credentials provided by IT
2. Locate the correct form either in All Forms or by selecting the appropriate category on the left side of the page. 
3. Click on More to the right of the form title and click on Submissions.
4. Once you are viewing the form submissions, click on Download and select a file type (CSV, XLXS, or PDF) to download the content into.
