Faculty - How do I reset/empty my course shell?
The steps below should never be completed on a live course that has had student coursework submitted, as the coursework will be deleted and are not retrievable. These steps should only be completed in the following cases: Prior to the course start date, the wrong course content was copied into the shell and the entire course needs to be cleared of content in order to copy new content in. You would like to use an existing sandbox course shell to build a new course or to modify existing course content by copying in newer material from another course for editing purposes but need the course shell cleared of content prior to starting the course build. Navigate to the course you wish to "reset" and click on Course Admin. From Course Admin, click on Course Reset. Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove. In most cases, it is fine to check all of the boxes. Click the "Reset" button. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to type the course code in the box. You will not be able to click on the Delete button until this is done. The course code needs to match the one that shows to the left of the popup window exactly, and is case sensitive. Be sure you are positive you want to empty this course of all content prior to clicking the Delete button. Once you are ready, click Delete. Remain on the page that follows until you receive confirmation that the course content has been reset for this course.

(Note, you do not need to open the email, just find where it is.) 2. Right-click on the email, this will open a pop-up bar of options on what to do with the email. It will look like this: 3. You're looking for the Phish Alert button all the way at the bottom, click on this, then click Phishing Alert to confirm. This will send it to Microsoft, and removes it from your Inbox.

How do you make someone able to see a specific channel in Teams, but not the entire Team itself?
Teams has a built-in way to do this, for people inside and outside of your organization. First, select "Add channel" here: Here's the location for privacy, click the drop-down menu to find "Shared" 4. This allows you to create links and members for that specific channel, but not give them access to the Teams General chat.
